A tropical-Mediterranean garden has been planted to create a sense of freshness and provide privacy, featuring plants such as Strelitzia augusta, Washingtonia robusta, Phoenix dactylifera, and Scheffleras, among others. Additionally, since there are young children in the house, a lawn has been created for them to play and practice sports.
